The name speaker will be Mr Serkan Aslan. Mr Aslan is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Turkey Advisory Services who has vast experience on Corporate Finance.
We are pleased to announce that this seminar is one of the series of joint events offered as part of the co-operation between your Chamber and PricewaterhouseCoopers to offer unique services to our members.
The topic of the business breakfast will be “Valuation of Companies”. Valuation is the process of estimating the fair market value of a financial asset or liability. Valuations can be done on assets (for example, investments in marketable securities such as stocks, options, business enterprises, or intangible assets such as patents and trademarks) or on liabilities (e.g., Bonds issued by a company). Valuations are required in many contexts including investment analysis, capital budgeting, merger and acquisition transactions, financial reporting, taxable events to determine the proper tax liability, and in litigation.
The aim of the training is to increase the awareness in the valuation methodology.

- Overview of Valuation Approaches and Methodologies

-Income Approach
- Conclusions
